During the autumn of 2024, we had the opportunity to attend two prestigious conferences where we were able to present our innovative telecommunications solutions and meet with experts, partners and potential clients 🤝
Both events were a great opportunity for us not only to gain new contacts and business opportunities, but also to gain inspiration and share experiences.
During autumn 2024, we had the opportunity to attend two prestigious conferences where we could present our innovative telecommunications solutions and meet with experts, partners and potential clients. Both events were a great opportunity for us not only to gain new contacts and business opportunities, but also to gain inspiration and share experiences.
ShopCamp is an important event for e-tailers looking for new ways to improve their services and processes. At this conference, we presented our BezUstředny and XCALLY partner solutions, which proved to be ideal for optimizing customer support in e-commerce.
What attracted visitors the most?
During the conference we established several important business contacts and gained new opportunities. Many e-tailers appreciated our practical approach and concrete examples of how technology can be used to improve the customer experience.
At the conference KKDS we had the opportunity to meet experts from our field and related fields. The event was focused on the future of telecommunications and digital technologies, which was an ideal environment to present our solutions.
We have met companies here that do not deal directly with telephony, but their customers do. This has opened the door to potential partnerships where we can jointly offer our technology to end customers. Many visitors praised BezÚstředny for its simplicity and quick implementation, while XCALLY piqued interest with its omnichannel capabilities, which are key to modern communications across industries.
