We operate the website 4services.cz

We process some personal data to provide our services and operate our website.

These are your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your requirements regarding our services, or other data that you fill in in your inquiry or e-mail or provide to us as part of a further agreement.

We contact you through them for further agreement regarding the provision of services.

 

On the basis of what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking measures before concluding a contract at your request.

 

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 3653 days from our last communication.

 

B. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you have filled in the relevant field to receive the newsletter when visiting our website, we will use your e-mail address to send you our news.

 

On what legal basis?

This is allowed by the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services.

 

How long will we process personal data?

10 years from the time you fill in the relevant field. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via e-mail or contact us at: info@4services.cz

 

4. Who has access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. Persons other than us do not have access to the data.

We process personal data only within the European Union.

 

5. What else should you know?

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

6. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the personal data being processed, to request the erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to take your claims to court.
